The Dynamics of Dysfunctional Relationships with Zen Rose Garden

Zen Rose Garden and The Ladies Coach discuss dysfunctional relationship dynamics – Red-flags in relationships & How to know when a friendship needs the boot.

Are you struggling with a particular relationship in your life? Specifically a friendship? Today’s episode definitely relates to ALL relationships, but I see so many of you ladies are in a place where you are questioning whether a certain friendship is serving you.

We are here to help you out. Welcome back David and Heather of Zen Rose Garden.

Most of you know who they are, if not, here is a recap of their contributions:

How to Work Through Deep Rooted Issues and Break Free from Blocks

The Top Crystals Used for Healing, Grounding and Connecting

+ Letting Go, Expressing Personal Truths and Embracing Authenticity – Your December Horoscope (2017)

+ What Happened in Las Vegas and Where Do We Go From Here?

These two are truly unique. Very rarely do I meet people who have had the success rate they have to get to the core of negative patterns, limiting stories and root issues that leave people crippled. David and Heather have dealt with EVERYTHING… and when I say everything I mean anywhere from relationship issues, past traumas, emotional disabilities, and the list goes on.

But the reason I REALLY wanted them on for this topic, was because they have a way of brilliantly discussing dysfunctional relationships. In other words, co-dependent relationships. Now, before you think that’s not you… I promise you will want to listen to this entire episode, because it even made me look at every single relationship in my life currently and see how I can shift.

The Dynamics of Dysfunctional Relationships that we will be discussing today:

  1. The Wounded Tyrant / Wounded Child
  2. The Healer / Addict
  3. The Needy Saran Wrap / Messiah
  4. Hostage and Kidnapper
  5. Twin flame / Un-evolved Soulmate
  6. Ideal Service/ Servitude

Make sure you keep those in mind as you listen because ZRG will be explaining each one in full detail and you might even see a pattern or two in your own life.

We will also be discussing RED FLAGS in relationships and how to know when a relationship needs the boot. This past year has definitely been a challenge for me and personal relationships. But where there are challenges, there is space for introspection. INTRO (looking in) SPECT (getting specific with how we participate or what we allow). Which is exactly what I did with a little help from Zen Rose Garden, I was able to see relationship dynamics that I have allowed without being aware of it.

MUY IMPORTANTE: This episode you will want to make sure you take A LOT of notes. So bring your journal and pen to this one.

What did you learn from today’s episode? Also, is there a relationship in your life that falls into one of the dynamics we mention today? We want to know! COMMENT BELOW!

  • Wow, I needed to hear this today. I am struggling severely lately and actually have my entire life with my mother. She is a negative depressed person, massive attention seeker, treats me poorly (unless she needs something), she lays guilt trips on me and the list goes on. I’ve been hurt by her since I can remember. I’m 50, and she is 73. I do feel tied to her because she is my mother, and also she has literally ran everyone else off. She has no ties to any family or friends….just me.
She pulled some attention seeking stuff at Christmas and didn’t show up to my home, and I haven’t spoke to her yet and don’t know what to do anymore.
    Any suggestions?
This was an amazing podcast. Going to listen again, and need more!
    Very grateful to you all!
