To my snap family… Your wish is my command! You all wanted me to create Spotify playlists of the music that get’s me through my long work days on the computer. You know that damn computer chair that’s been giving me the worst back aches? (PS: If you know of a computer chair that works for you and is good for your lower back, PLEASE comment the link below!)
Anyways, I never realized how hard it would be to put a Spotify playlist together! I thought it’d be easy because I listen to songs all day but putting them together in a list for you was like picking my favorite child… and since I don’t have kids, I guess it’d be like picking my favorite animal. I love all animals for different reasons!
That is why we felt it’d be appropriate to make different lists for different moods. And if there’s anything we know a lot about, it’s dem’ moods…
So this week’s playlist is probably my most used list because it’s all the songs that get me moving and grooving when I know I’m going to have a long day. I think it’s vital to find jams you can move to because… well… its good for your spirit, energy, and health.
Sitting in a chair all day doesn’t do a body good. Not to mention, is restricting to the feminine energy because it keeps you in your head and not in the flow of your body. So I make sure I take frequent breaks, as you probably have seen on Snapchat. Actually, let’s be real, I break out in a full production at times which when I replay back and instantly feel…
