Where is the Trust?

Trust The Ladies Coach

I find that the lack of trust is a HUGE problem for relationships today and I don’t mean the trust you SHOULD have for your partner. I am talking about trusting that LIFE is working in your favor. In other words, the lack of trust comes from the presence of fear.

Ask yourself:

Have I ever felt like I needed to BECOME a certain person for my partner in order to keep the relationship going?

Was there ever a time I put off things I knew I should be doing for myself in order to “show” this person I was fully committed, but ended up becoming frustrated when I felt they weren’t doing the same?

Or if we are REALLY getting truthful, have I ever found myself fighting with my partner in order to spark passion in the relationship?

I KNOW THERE ARE MANY OF YOU OUT THERE!!

Truthfully, I think we have all been there but ask yourself this, “What is the underlined fear that prohibits me from strengthening my relationship in a way that is true and organic to who I am?”

Here are few common fears in relationships:

  • Fear of being alone
  • Fear of not being enough
  • Fear of losing that person
  • Fear of heartache
  • Fear of infidelity
  • Fear of rejection
  • Fear of change
  • Fear of lack of control
  • Fear of failure

The list of fears can go on and on and although some of us can say fear has served us in different times of our life, the truth is, fear will NOT serve you in a relationship that is as spiritual as an intimate relationship is. It blocks any and all opportunity for this relationship to grow and worse of all, limits the capacity of your TRUE spirit.

What does all this blah blah blah mean?… The only way for a relationship to truly live is if both parties are truly ALIVE. (Repeat that again.) The only way for a relationship to truly exist and sustain itself through time is if both parties connect in ways that are truest to each individual. What does that mean? You have to not only be confidant and connected to yourself, but you also have to TRUST that in doing so, you and your partner will become more powerful as a couple.

If you are single even better! You have time to practice connecting to yourself, which will in-turn set a standard for your life as well as a potential partner.

You will find that this “trust” will guide to a life filled with unbelievable experiences and the deepest types of relationships not only with a potential mate but most importantly to yourself.

Challenge:

“The self love hour” to be practiced DAILY

The set up:

  1. Sit in a quite space ALONE
  2. You may play peaceful music to truly get yourself in the ZONE
  3. After the practice, dance in your peaceful state! Don’t be shy, DANCE!
  4. MOST IMPORTANTLY! Don’t judge or criticize yourself for being “corny” this is a nonjudgmental space. A time to truly connect to the person that is buried inside. Create an environment of peace and freedom.

The Practice:

  1. Ask YOURSELF for forgiveness: (Example) [Insert your name], please forgive me for not living in a truly connected space with you. I know you’ve been trying to talk to me and I have not listened or trusted in you.
  2. Make a powerful statement: (Example) Starting TODAY I will listen to your guidance and STOP listening to Fear. I KNOW fear is not the core of who I am, YOU are my core, my spirit, my truth and with your guidance I know I will make a life full of Trust, Love, and Abundance. I give you my word and above that, my actions!
  3. Say who you are and what you stand for: (Example) I will be a woman of love, dignity, compassion and influence! (Repeat 5x)
  4. Express what these new actions will give to your life: (Example) Living truthfully will allow me to live my life fearlessly, giving selflessly to the people I love and create more powerful and deeper relationships.
  5. Lastly, move to the music you have on and dance!

Practice this for the next 29 days!! Life is good ya’ll, TRUST it!

Peace & Laughter,

Christal

We’re talking PASSION… which starts from the relationship you have with yourself and ultimately leads to the relationships you have with others.
