First of all, do you remember the interview I did a few weeks back with my beautiful Mermaid of a friend, Miss Ashley Diana? If you didn’t watch that impactful chat, I suggest you do that because we get into some pretty important stuff.
If you watched that interview, you probably saw we were drinking something yummy in our wine glasses… NO it wasn’t wine or any alcohol for that matter, why? Because my gorgeous friend is preggers! So instead, she made me something so unbelievably delicious I couldn’t imagine it’d be healthy, but it WAS!
You know we are all about that health life ya’ll!
Any ways, here is what my sweetheart made us.
Lemon Meringue Pie Milkshake
- 1 Cup Non-Dairy Milk
- 1 Ripe Banana, frozen
- 1/2 Cup Non-Dairy Yogurt
- 1&1/2 Lemon, peeled
- 1 inch Lemon Peel
- 3 Medjool Dates, pitted
- 3 Teaspoons Coconut, shredded
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Ice (optional)
