So… I have been an absolute glutton this past week as my lover and I spent time in Napa Valley. OMG, so much wine, and food! Doesn’t sound like a problem right? Well, I ironically was feeling stressed. What? I know… Even in such a beautiful place, I felt all over the place with my “responsibilities.”
The summertime is usually a busy time for us with events, people visiting and of course my beloved TLC, but this week I felt semi-stressed about a lot “things” floating around in my head, and I realized, most of the stress we feel comes from NOT knowing details.
Another reason is we may not have a ritual in place that in some way organizes and, most importantly, excites us! It is definitely safe to say I have fallen off of my daily rituals and the effect of this is causing the lack of clarity.
In this video I give you three ways to create a schedule / ritual that excites you!… I’m not going to lie, this video was mostly for me and I am asking something of you my dear friends, PLEASE send me your daily rituals!
