Stuck in believing you can’t have the body you want. Or, stuck in the myth that you aren’t worth every bit of what you want because of all the bad things that have happened to you in your life. I’m gonna be honest with you, I was totally feeling this way recently! It was so crazy because I couldn’t really put a finger on it. I knew overall I was happy but I just didn’t know what was causing me to feel restricted, stressed, anxiety stricken and … (again)… BLAHHH!

Hey,
I really loved this video, I found it so interesting from start to finish.
I can definitely get stuck in a cycle of once I have a bit of chocolate etc, I feel like I have ruined my hard work, it is a vicious circle.
This video made me realise I need to take a step back and stop being so hard on myself for every little thing.
