Is it really that time of year? I’m pretty sure we’ve all said this but, WHERE HAS THIS YEAR GONE?!
The end of the year can make a lot of people feel uneasy. Between the holidays, gifts, travel, and tying up loose ends, you might be feeling a little overstimulated and anxious.
Even if this is your favorite time of year (mine) it’s still easy to get caught up in the holiday rush of things!
If you’re feeling anxious, check where it might be triggering your deepest fears. Could buying presents come from the need to feel like you’re enough? Or because it’s something you SHOULD do?
Could the end of the year make your feel overwhelmed because you feel you didn’t accomplish everything you wanted to do?
Are you feeling stressed because you don’t think you have enough time to get everything done?
In today’s episode I am giving you some things to think about that might make your Holiday’s a bit easier.
Speaking of Holidays. Do you know where the word “Holidays” derived from?
Holidays comes from “Holy Days” and “Holy” basically means a celebration of God and or your higher power. If God is inside of each and every one of us (which is what I believe) then, shouldn’t everyday be a celebration? And if that’s the case then maybe we can find ways to stress less and experience what the holidays are really about.
