OMG, I am so excited this book is our TLC Reading Corner this week! I couldn’t stop saying “amen” as I turned every page. Joy McCarthy discusses what being healthy actually means and how we need to stop with this “diet” shit because it’s totally restricting and doesn’t feel good emotionally or physically.
