Are you someone who doesn’t like to rock the boat? Are you afraid of standing up for what you really want for fear of confrontation? Today, Christal helps one of our ladies establish boundaries after a betrayal.
“I was in a relationship for SIX years which ended up with my partner cheating on me with someone from work.
Everyone says I’ve been so civil and mature through the whole thing and because of this, my EX is still trying to have a connection with me. We also got a kitten for two months before he ended it and he keeps thinking he has a right to come to my home and see her? I don’t want to be friends. I don’t want to still be connected to him.
Unfortunately we work in the same building (the new woman also works there) so occasionally I bump into him, but how do I tell him that based on his actions and decisions that there’s no possible way I can be his friend? How can I be stronger? How can I get my point across?”

Well, you’ll find out more in today’s episode.
Now that I’m back home, it’s time to jump straight into work, which I absolutely LOVE!
For today’s episode, I wanted to answer an email I got from one of our TLC babes.
Again, if you have a question you want answered in future content or episode, email: ask@theladiescoach.com.
Anyways, this seemed like a good question to answer on here, because I see a common theme of women NOT being able to set proper boundaries for themselves.
I mean, we can all raise our hands right?
Been there, done that. And although this question is about letting go of a betrayal and an ex who has no respect for boundaries, I made sure I tied it into different life areas you all are experiencing currently too.
We need to stop negotiating our standards with people and become the bouncers of our life.
