Do you know how many thoughts we have in a single day?
Take a guess, what do you think it is 1,000? 5,000? 15,000?? I’ll tell you the real answer in this video and it will shock you … It certainly shocked me, but what really made me fall out of my chair was how many negative thoughts go through our mind a day.
When you find out you may ask “how the hell do we get through a single day?!”… seriously! No matter how zen, successful or how “put together” someone’s life may seem, that does not mean they never have negative thoughts! From people like Oprah, Deepak Chopra, and the Dalai Lama, every single one of them has the same capacity for negative thoughts… but here’s the thing, somewhere there is something these people are able to do right in order to not dwell in them.
Disclaimer: I don’t know any of the above peeps personally, so I can’t say with 100% accuracy that they manage their negative emotions, but for shits and giggles… lets act like they do. However, if you have another role model you’d like to insert besides the names I listed… Go ahead and use them!
