Can someone pinch me please? Because I must have been in a dream for this interview. I don’t think it’s a secret that I have been truly shaped by the teachings of the Ruiz family. If you don’t know… well… here are a few resources that might give you an idea:

Nearly four years ago, when I started TLC, I was guided by mentors, teachers and thought leaders that really shifted the way I thought and taught.

Two of which were Don Miguel Ruiz and his son Miguel Jr.

But if you were to tell me that these two influencers were going to be joining me at my home… I would’ve rolled my eyes because that just would’ve seemed so far fetched. Now, I could go WAY off topic to say follow your dreams because you never know what you could manifest but… well…actually… that’s not off topic at all!

In fact, following your dreams has everything to do with “Mastery of Self” and something Miguel Jr. and I discuss in-depth today.

In order to live a connected and fulfilling life (your dream life) there are a few things we need to stop doing in order to know what’s real and that’s EXACTLY what we discuss today.

Oh my gosh!!! He just gives off this amazing presence. Thankyou for saying yes to Christal and sharing with her your beliefs and story.
As long as two people say yes they choose each other. I think a lot of women and men forget that. We all have a choice. Why be with someone who doesn’t appreciate you for you.
If I’m talking to myself who’s listening? I am! And it’s so beautiful because everything said just intertwines and it makes me think at a deeper level.

WOW! I took so much from that. I resonated so much with attaching to something that no longer exists. It’s something i had to do myself to move on from a relationship that no longer exists. And giving permission and time to heal.
I also love the parasite vs. ally mind, revoking permission and forgiving yourself for saying yes. That is so important!

Amazing!!!! I can’t wait to get my hands on his books! His view on relationships (similar to what Christal always says).. not feeling trapped, each side has the opportunity to say yes or no at anytime. Relationships are by choice not domestication. Love love love.

Oh Christal, I can only begin to imagine how AMAZING that interview was with Don Miguel Ruiz Jr ???? Thankyou so much for collaborating and sharing this interview with us all. What a beautiful beautiful soul and man he is. I too could have sat and listened to him speak and teach for days. I ended up taking 4 pages of notes haha and know that I will revisit this interview time and time again. Super excited to order Don Miguel Ruiz Jrs book and further read his teachings and insights ????
There was so much information I took for this and so many heart felt moments that brought me a smile.
Listening to you both speak of your love, respect and admiration for your grandparents brought tears to my eyes. I truly could feel that love from the words and expression you both shared.
Within the first few minutes I heard the most beautiful words spoken ” canvas for my art is my life” ❤️
And then they just kept coming ????
There were so many inspiration quotes and comments the ones i resonated with the most were
I only control to the tips of my fingers
Every parasite will find his or her perfect host
Holding on to an imagine of yourself that doesn’t exist
I cannot give what I do not have ????

Encouraging! What a beautiful aura he has. I love his advice on to be present with who you are as a parent. I’ve always wanted to start a family at age 30 (2 years to go) but have so much fear that it would be so hard or that I wouldnt be a good mother. It’s reassuring to hear we all have no idea what we’re doing. I guess its just that we’re all on this journey called life & to take it as it comes instead of living in fear ????

I had soooo many ah ha’s including how in your relationship you need to just trust them to say Yes to you and to not domesticate them, and that as parents we need to domesticate our children. This episode just SPEAKS to me in so many ways! I went through my marriage separation a year ago and knew there were dynamics that were happening that contributed to both of us being unhappy. Until now I never had a clear idea that we were putting conditions on each other and I was clearly domesticating and in a relationship that no longer served me! I intend to learn new ways of living and loving 🥰 so that my new intimate relationship flourishes! I can’t wait to go out and get His books!
