Christal sits down with Paul Fishman badass self-love coach to discuss what his self-love journey looked like – credit card debt – what happened physically and emotionally when he spoke his truth – and the one thing he wants all women to know.
In today’s episode we are sitting down with my favorite self-Love coach Paul Fishman. Ladies, you will FALL SO IN LOVE with him.
We talk credit card debt, emotional weight (literally and figuratively), what self-love really is and what that journey looks like. We even discuss apps I didn’t even know about that could be super useful! I will list them below obviously but first, let me tell you more about this magnificent creature.
As most of you know, we recently had a whole blog MAKEOVER. It was time ya know?
I was ready for it. You were ready for it. And after nearly five years of helping women all over the world we needed a fresh take. So I hit up my girl Lauryn (creator of The Skinny Confidential), co-host of one the top podcasts Him & Her and Co-Founder of Blog-Doo.
It’s no secret that The Skinny Confidential kills the blog scene. I mean, I’ve been inspired by this girl for years so who else would I trust with my makeover than her. So shout out to Blog-Doo for all their hard work on our new site!
But, not only did they deliver on our site, they also connected us to this badass fellow teacher in the scene.
The first time I saw his site being promoted by Blog-Doo, my team and I stalked him immediately.
There was something about his vibe and boyyyy was I right.
Upon meeting him in his hometown of San Diego, we instantly clicked. We literally recorded at 1pm and didn’t leave each other till 10pm. We just couldn’t stop talking. I also had my Bff Pam there so you know, it’s just a recipe for long nights haha!
I loved today’s discussion with Paul. The topic of self-love can be so cliche and basic at times because it sounds like it should be so easy. But the truth is, many people feel like they aren’t even lovable so practicing “self-love” may not feel so easy. That’s where I believe Paul has a beautiful way of breaking it down into ways that make sense and the actions that unlocked the beauty of his life.
